History
As an ARTIVIST, I honor the sacred heritage of cacao—a gift from the gods to our ancestors, as valuable as gold. My name is Cacao, and like the seed I am named after, I embody the spirit of rebirth and creation, deeply rooted in Mayan and Mexica traditions. Corn, or maize, is also an integral part of my life, symbolizing the natural cycle of life that inspires everything we do. I proudly embrace my indigenous roots, transcending the labels that seek to confine us, and celebrate the vibrant diversity of my community.
